"EXPERIENCE VERY BAD. Lied to me about charges on my bill. Billed £49 to plugin his laptop and hit enter. Then verbally and agressively abused me when I challenged the bill. Aaron was that close up in my face, I was afraid he was going to hit me. Also quoted me twice the amount another garage quoted for the same job. I would avoid at all costs."
"I have been using Downshire for a number of years - firstly for my Renault Megane and now with my Mercedes. They are always honest and I trust that the work they say needs doing, is necessary to keep the car safe and roadworthy. Paul and now his son Aaron, have always been upfront about any work that needs doing and the reasons why. They will always give you enough warning about any potential expensive repairs, and I always feel so much safer driving my car away after they have dealt with it. A special mention must also go out to Pamela who has been a wee star recently sorting out a few problems in the background. Best garage I've ever used in all my 34 years of driving. Wow, when you say that out loud, it seems such a long time! :-)"
