"Have been going to this dentist for over 20 years and haven't been able to get to make an appoint for a year or two as I have been finishing off my degree. Called to book an appointment (To effectively spend money, pay for peoples wages and livelihoods) and the receptionist was disinterested and unhelpful. After finding out I hadn't been in a while her reply was "we're not taking on new clients at the moment so I cant help you" and after asking for advice her reply was "to go somewhere else". Disappointed. Safe to say I shall be spending my cash somewhere else and would advise all of you, to also do so, elsewhere."
"Unprofessional attitudes all around. Receptionists are rude and dismissive of anyone who could pass for a student. After my lovely dentist of 16 years retired, my new dentist was uppity, condescending and sarcastic. Its bad enough you're drilling our teeth, there's no need to take your job dissatisfaction out on your clients."
