"Absolutely disgusted with Fagans. I got a new tyre on around 6 months ago. Ended up getting a puncture 2 days ago. They put the nuts on so tight, we can't get them off. I got a longer bar, but needed a 17mm to put on to it. They wouldn't even lend me one. I explained that they put the nuts on, but they weren't one bit interested"
