He seemed like he really cared about his clients and his assistant was also very good too, taking the time to explain things. The receptionist was polite and friendly. "Easy parking at the rear of the property. Dentist explained what issues might arise before me being asked to sign a form. Nurse was friendly but could have been more talkative to take my mind off it all.perhaps stick something on the ceiling to take patients mind off procedure or music playing.dentist could have explained what he was doing at each stage.premises looked clean and tidy.no major complaints only minor ones.
