"Hello, I would like to share a feedback on Bright and Beautiful, Romford after being with them for almost 1.5 years. Hope this feedback highlights all the issues I have faced with Claudette. This will help other people to make an informed choice before hiring this money-minded, unorganized and dishonest agency. February 2021 –A lady called Claudette (franchisee owner) from Bright and Beautiful of Harold Wood/Romford branch paid us a visit and gave us a quote for our moderately small 3 bed house. She was looking very desperate and gave us a quote after a very hard negotiation. For the rest of 2021, I would like to summarize the we had to go through the below issues with them constantly and it was a constant pain to deal with these people. Claudette comes with the cleaning staff and micro manages their work. She forces them in the end to just rush out of the house even though work is incomplete We needed to supervise them in every visit about the cleaning and they had to be told off. No mopping of the floor, no cleaning of kitchen island, spots on the bathroom, etc Irregular time of arrival, no schedule. Each time they were coming was different time of the day ranging from morning 9:30 am to 3 pm in the afternoon. This used to be very inconvenient. Half done and half cleaned jobs clearly show the half-hearted work they do. We tried to balance things on good note by regularly offering Lucozade after the work, chocolates and greeting cards over Christmas but nothing helped. We were recently told to clear the small toys before they arrive. I thought this was also part of the cleaning in the beginning. Claudette had promised a 1 hour of ironing came free of cost when we hired them. We did not utilize this for a year and now she is telling that it lapsed and used in their work. They increased the monthly fees of 25% recently in February 2022. I was surprised at the audacity of these greedy people and especially Claudette last week when she realized our house was suddenly too big to clean so they want to increase the fees by another 40 percent. Clearly, Claudette is trying to take advantage of our current situation. My wife heavily pregnant and we have a 3 year old at home. Her timing could not have been better than this. Who on earth will justify the greed of money for Claudette? We are not bowing down and have cancelled the contract with her with immediate effect. This probably explains why no on seems to hire them. We know at least a dozen of our local friend we recommended them to. No one seems to say good things after the first couple of meetings. I sincerely hope no one else to fall in for these money minded people and this is why I am writing a detail and systematic review. I will advertise this review at all the portals to bring this issue up. For any further info, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me."

"My experience of this company has been totally amazing - from the first meeting they were professional and I got a sense that they knew exactly what they were doing. My property had not been cleaned for years by the previous tenants and the company came in and did an amazing speaking clean. They highlighted areas of concern and kept me informed at all times. The ladies that came in were absolutely brilliant and put their heart and soul in making my property sparkle. I cannot recommend them enough - if you want a professional and sparkly clean then look no further."

"I have been using Bright & Beautiful for about 3 months and I cannot fault the professionalism and commitment from all involved. I first met Claudette when she came to assess what was needed and I was struck by her enthusiasm and dedication. It started with a deep clean when about five ladies turned up with all the tools needed and immediately set about the job in hand. After they had finished I could hardly recognise the place. Since then a team of three ladies turns up every week and when they leave my house is spotless. To me it was just a case of running the vacuum around and dusting what I could see, but obviously it is more than that and the ladies from Bright & Beautiful always leave the place looking immaculate. I cannot praise them too highly for their work and I would recommend Bright & Beautiful to anyone who wants their house cleaned professionally and with little fuss."

"This company consists of the most professional, customer friendly and talented team I have ever met. From start to finish the service I received was impeccable in every aspect. Firstly I met Claudette the head of this company. She arrived promptly with the most professional attitude; as well as being very friendly she is very honest which I believe is essential. Mostly I believe she is passionate about her work and genuinely cares about every individual customer. I was blown away with the customer service I had received already at this point. I signed up with Claudette for a deep clean which has been much needed and ongoing maintenance cleaning every fortnight. She spent a long time with me at home to discuss the affordability factors and what options would be most suited to my needs. She also explained I can tailor these at any point in the future. She is very responsive and always on call for a chat. The team arrived at my property again very punctually...and like a lot of people it was nerve racking at first to think of people in my home. Claire and her team arrived....she had two lovely girls with her that all made my experience very comfortable individually and actually enjoyed having them here. Smiley, bubbly and all very hard workers. They stayed later than expected to get my property finished and I was astonished at the results they achieved. I am not exaggerating, my flat needed much a lot of attention and when it was finished even my kitchen appliances looked as if they had been bought brand new that day. My bathroom looked too good to even use the toilet haha. All the team showed great pride in their work and didn't stop working hard from the minute they arrived. Claudette had explained she would carry out "spot-checks" for first few cleans and always on deep clean. I was so impressed she came twice and her attention to detail is very specific. They gave me tips on cleaning to maintain certain things and when I was embarrassed of certain rooms they constantly reassured me they were here to help. All very genuine and down to earth so if you are using this service be put at ease. My home started getting into disarray due to certain life stresses.....as we all know sometimes everything can get too much. This team havent just cleaned my home but helped me in more ways than they will even know.Thanks girls and thanks Claudette you will achieve amazing things with the level of customer care you provide. i cant fault this service in anyway just wish I could write down more praise.
