"I don't trust anything the staff say in this shop and never coming back here. I took his promise but he keep his promise to me and he will not listen to me. Also, he probably didn't take me seriously as I'm female. I'm very very disappointed with the service here. I got my skirt shortened and I wasn't happy with how they finished it as they just cut the material by scissors and saw the edge twice. The manager said it's £13 initial then when I took my skirt, he said £20. I managed to discount it to £15. He promised that the quality is good that's why the best he could do is £15. When I picked it up, I wasn't happy and he said he can bring it back if I'm not happy. The edge of materials is coming off so I took it back and asked to fold and saw one more time. The manager denied that it's fine and not coming off. I repeated a number of times that it will come off as I only washed it once and it already starting to come off. I told him he assured that I can bring back if I'm not happy. I kept saying it's fine as it's a good job until I got very mad at him as he wasn't not listening to me at all. It wasn't going anywhere. He didn't keep his promise and I trusted his promise. My friend's silk shirts has been also ruined by this cleaner as well."

"These are the best dry cleaners and tailors in London. The staff is very professional and speedy to get the job done. I have been coming for many years and altered all sorts of Indian dress wear, tuxedos, suits, many trousers and shirts too. Recently my zip on my bag and coat was repaired. Excellent honest prices and very reliable. I will not use anyone else and neither should you. A*******"

"DO NOT GO HERE. Last year, I used this person's alterations services. The first batch of suits and trousers, he gave me a receipt with prices clearly listed. On collection everything went fine and expectations met. BUT when I came back the 2nd time a week later with more things to alter, he told me I didn't need a receipt and not to worry about it (the typical: don't worry about it brother, all is good, line). I was mindful that I needed prices on paper but because I trusted him I said no receipt was fine. So, when I came back to collect the items, he had over charged me by a few hundred pounds claiming his tailor did extra jobs. It was one of those over pricing the customer cons!! Doing jobs that the customer didn't ask for cons, to get more money. After debating with him, I had to meet in the middle and pay him a middle price, which was still an increase of what was promised. Lastly, to show proof that I went here for his service, the main owner at the desk is an Asian male, around 50 to 60 years old, from Pakistan. Speaks reasonable good English not 100% fluent."
