"I needed 2 new springs and 2 new shock absorbers when removing the shocks I needed a Tork socket as they were not an ordinary socket fit. Showed the assistant the bolt and he got me a set of 14 draper tork sockets and 3 draper adaptor. Charged me £43 for these. That price was just for the sockets nothing else. Looked them up online next day and could have bought same draper items for £28. Feel like I was ripped off to be honest. I don't do much car D.I.Y but don't think I would be back here as I feel I was overcharged considerably. Unfortunate as the staff were lovely."
"I have visited the store few times ,located in a quite place ,no busy traffic . Parking facility available . All car parts and tools available. Friendly staffs ,highly recommend this store. I have seen they were answering calls ,and updating the status of the product availability . Mask is necessary for entering the store."
