"Booked cleaners to clean vacant house 5 bed semi, following parent move. I was travelling from afar to property on completion day. Spoke twice to office to say the property would be vacant with nothing in it. 2 ladies turned up with no vacuum cleaners! They claimed manager hadn't told them. I had one not very good hoover with me in my car. Property was in poor condition anyway, and i did tip cleaners for turning up! But I wouldn't recommend or use this firm again, that is if you actually need something cleaning."

"Dreadful company, avoid at all costs. Sally (the lady who runs it) seems to think answering the phone is optional for some reason. So, it all started a week ago when I contracted them to do a couple of hours of cleaning a week for us and they didn't show up on the first day. I called Sally (the only time she has answered the phone to date) and told her, she said she would chase up and get back to me. I still haven't heard back from her. They were due at my house for 09.30, the cleaner then phoned me directly around 16.30 and explained she had her days mixed up. I agreed to move on from that and she was due here today 09.30. Guess what? She was a no show again and both her and Sally are not answering the phone. I would give zero stars but that is not possible on here, thoroughly unprofessional company and one to avoid at all costs."
