"Very rude individual! I asked what the process was for an end of tenancy clean and he gave an abrupt answer "we clean everything". I asked him how many people would be doing the clean and what time he would start the job, he then replied "you don't need to worry" and then hung up on me. I called back and asked if he hung up on me and he replied "yes" and when I asked him why his ignorant reply was "it is my business you do not need to worry" and continued being rude on the phone. No idea how he has good reviews but his customer service is the worse I have ever experienced."
