Reviews
"Quirky little place for a drink, tucked away in the Cathedral Quarter this pub was busy but after waiting a couple of minutes we got a seat. A couple of violins playing added to the atmosphere. The memorabilia all over the walls in the bar meant for interesting reading. Recommend you pop in for one"
"You'd think locals would be sick of tourists. Not here. We got a very warm welcome at the bar and among the clients. Super well kept Guinness and a great range of whiskeys. We popped in for a quick lunchtime beer and sloped out 3 hours later. There was so much to bloody look at, listen to, marvel at and such a warm and cosy atmosphere we couldn't summon the self discipline to leave. Gorgeous."
"Definitely the place to be any night on the weekend. Staff are very friendly, and efficient. I was made to feel so welcome by many patrons, as though I was part of the clique. Fantastic atmosphere and great music.Motorised awning operated for customers sitting outside should it rain. Wall heaters for those chilly evenings too. Traditional pub interior, very unique decor. Loved the place and certainly will return often in the future."
