"I do not recommend this company and I do not recommend using them. For a £205 service, expectations cannot be this far out. That goes ways: not knowing the purpose of the clean, not knowing what will be cleaned. Failed to communicate what would and wouldn’t be done before or in person. Left after 1 hour 45 (on a job we communicated takes 5 hours with our regular, professional cleaner). The offer of a partial refund would have been the least I would’ve expected. For an end-of-tenancy service, to break items in the property is criminal. Thankfully I have before and after evidence of the cleaner breaking my blinds. I do not feel comfortable allowing your business back into my flat, or supporting you into anyone else’s. Even to finish the job, as you suggested to remedy our terrible experience. Shameful. Do better."

"I do not trust this company and do not recommend using them. I paid for an end of tenancy property clean at the end of July 2022. Overall, the property was cleaned to a reasonable standard, but there were some areas that had not been cleaned at all. This included areas that I had specifically checked with the company in advance to make sure that they were covered by the contract. I sent some photos of the areas covered by the contract that had not been cleaned to a representative of the company and they offered to revisit the property to finish the clean. Unfortunately, I felt unable to take up that offer as I was not confident I could trust the clean would be completed to the required standard and it would have been logistically difficult to arrange for the company to revisit the property during the working week. I therefore agreed with the representative that I would clean the outstanding areas myself and they would provide a partial refund to reflect that fact. I spent some hours cleaning the areas that had not been cleaned by the company. In early August, I sent photos and videos to the company of all the areas that had been included within the cleaning contract but which I had cleaned and requested a proposal on the amount to be refunded. I have not received a response, despite making further attempts to contact the company by email and text. This is in stark contrast to the swift responses I received from the company before I paid for the cleaning service. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service provided. I do appreciate that mistakes can happen but I do not think it fair or acceptable for a company to take a customer's money, fail to deliver the agreed service and then ignore all attempts by the customer to make good on the breach of contract."
