"I had a problem with my Mustang's electric window and was trying to find a local garage to help after Ford wanted to charge me £75 just to look at it (suspected it was a very simple problem so wasn't paying that!). Despite being booked solid for a couple of weeks, they agreed to take 10 mins to have a quick look and see if it was an obvious problem. They suspected some water inside the switches and gave it a few sprays of WD40 and said to give it 24 hours and sent me on my way with no charge. The window is now working properly and you guys just got yourselves a new customer :)"
