"We used Perfect Carpet Cleaning for our new house. Whilst he came on time and actually the carpets are now quite clean it has ruined our recently painted skirting boards. He was going so hard against the walls with the machine that across our skirting boards which were painted last week, we have black marks everywhere from the machine. We did ask him to be a bit careful but he said he has to do that - which I find odd given no one will want clean carpets and messed up skirting boards? It's a shame as carpet is quite clean (although slight weird smell coming from them now) but we will now spend more money and time sorting out the skirting board."
