"Found this company on Google maps and contacted Stuart to arrange a gutter clean. Details were sent about the property which is a standard 3 bed detached house. Stuart confirmed a date and then contacted me the day before to ensure the booking was going ahead. (Everything was confirmed) Stuart then did not turn up to the booked appointment. After calling to find out where Stuart was he then came to the property only to tell me that he didn't have the equipment to carry out the clean and that he would return in half an hour with what he needed. I then received a text shortly after that said due to health and safety he would not be able to clean my gutters as they are too high. Can't comment on the quality of his work as we never made it that far. What is annoying is arranging time away from work only to be let down at the last moment. Highly unprofessional I do not recommend."
