"Very good. This is the third cleaning company we used. Finally, no further troubles!!! Been using this company for 3 months. They are very very responsive, always call/ email/ text promptly whenever i have questions or need different arrangement. Unlike other services that simply give automatic response. Very good customer service. All we don't want is micro manage & spending too much time in arranging or attempting to communicate, which is very annoying. Service of Cleaners of London is very accountable."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They didnt clean a single thing and they were supposed to clean my carpets but never did. They charged me the full amount which was £189.00 and they cost me an additional £600 in damages!!!!! I tried to call the owner and he was extremely hostile. He is refusing to give me money back, he wont send another cleaner and now he is unresponsive now."

"Choose LITERALLY any other cleaning service than this one. We are in the midst of a nightmare with this company. They were supposed to come on a Monday for an end of tenancy cleaning, with extra services paid for. On Monday, the cleaners came, yelled in Russian at my flatmate for 10 minutes, refused to do the extra services even though we showed them the receipt, stayed until 6pm, and then left the flat barely cleaned: fridge was disgusting, bathroom left untouched... see pictures for more details if you'd like. They then spent all of Tuesday ignoring all our phone calls. We know this because we called them from a different phone and they immediately answered. Wow. Ready to steal more money from innocent victims. On Wednesday, after threatening to not pay them (because luckily they were paid on a credit card so we could block their charge), they finally called back to say they could send cleaners on thursday. On thursday, one sole woman comes to the flat, refuses to clean parts of the flat SHE HAS BEEN PAID TO CLEAN, and cherry on top, comes unequipped. SHE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A VACCUM. At this point we call management, explain the whole situation, and advise them that we won't be paying them because of how utterly unprofessional they are and quite simply because the flat is still filthy, three days after our supposed move in. Her answer? Hanging up and immediately sending a bill by email. Her name was Kristine by the way, I'll name drop her because she is the devil disguised in a maid's outfit. Just for your own sanity, choose literally anyone else, and save yourselves."

"Very poor customer service. We used this company a couple of years back and the cleaners did a great job. We therefore decided to use them again, wow what a difference two years make. The flat only needed a light clean but they recommended a deep clean still and the cleaners did nothing! Absolutely nothing, we had to spend several evenings going round to do the work the lazy cleaners didn’t do. They clearly looked at the flat and thought, oh it looks clean we can just doss for a few hours. The man who cleaned the carpets did a great job so I exempt him from this. Tried numerous times to speak to Kristine about getting a refund and they just say it was outside the 72hour period for complaining. Given they did a good job two years ago and the flat is vacant, we only managed to go to the flat after the 72 hours had expired as we don’t live in the area. No exception made for returning customers. It appears using this company is a real lottery and I’d strongly advise finding a different one."

"I highly recommend this service! I got them for an end-of-tenancy cleaning, their price was reasonable, the booking was very easy and transparent. Their communications were very clear and the cleaner did a great job in the apartment, and all in schedule. They even charged the payment much after they provided the service."
