"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used a cleaner who decided on her second clean not to turn up. When I tried to find out where she was she said couldn’t make it and her phone was broken. She then text at 2am wondering if I wanted to reschedule. I decided not to use her again and contacted the company. She now refuses to return my house keys. The company have been promising to get my keys back for 3 weeks. They said they would visit her property and collect them, fine her, send a courier to pick the keys up. None of this has happened. To make matters worse, they are now saying that they are merely an introducing service between the client and the cleaner, therefore cannot get my house keys back from the cleaner. I am now informing the police. My advice, do not use!!"
