"Went in today (31/03/2023) I was frightened and my heart rate was high. I was very nervous, I wasn’t feeling comfortable with the doctor taking a blood pressure and heart rate readings (He wasn’t a bad doctor I’m just not comfortable, with these sort of things.) I was then told I was going have my blood drawn and have an ECG done, I was still very nervous but I met this lovely nurse named Kate. She talked to me, reassured me and actually helped me calm down. She was very courteous and professional, and made the process go very smoothly and made everything feel reassuring."
"Absolutely hopeless place and waste of time ! After we have been assigned to this practice we tried couple of times to get my wife screening done with no luck. All appointments we booked got cancelled on the day after we arrive there, as there was no nurses or doctors available."

"Absolutely shambolic. Went for COVID booster, massive queues wrapping around building and into car park. Elderly and disabled standing for ages with offer of chairs far and few between. Queuing again once inside, have to fill in paperwork even though you did it all online. I asked, as was fobbed off with "people turning up early, won't go back of line", not enough staff for vaccination". Could try tighter booking times?! No obvious separation between walk in and appointment. Maybe a course on logistics, how to escape a paper bag, might help?"
