"Are these lot for real? I booked ARO for an end of tenancy deep clean. They sent people who arrived almost 2 hours late to the property, after cleaning, our landlord disputed the cleanliness of the property and tried to claim cleaning fees. We informed them we had 'professional' cleaners in the property. The deposit protection people reached out to ARO for comment and ARO then LIED! They told DPS that we had only asked for basic cleaning and that the house was so dirty that they couldn't clean properly? Absolute crooks and would not recommend to anyone - 175 quid I won't be getting back"
