"This doctors surgery is beyond a joke, always fobbing us off. When you have an appointment they don't call and when you do manage to get an appointment they don't listen to you or they don't put the test that you need on your consultation notes correctly. This place should be shut down"
"Worse place to go to I'm with bath street dentist the number of times they've lied to me I've been waiting over a year for wisdom teeth to be removed I'm still waiting it's about time I changed dentist"
"They sometimes don't call you when you have a booked telephone appointment. If you do miraculously get an appointment and they actually see you or can be bothered to call you, they couldn't be more disinterested in what you have to say. Usually their "medical advice" is "wait for it to go away". Not very good when people have ailments is it? Have rarely got any actual help here for myself or my family. Also worth noting the receptionists can't even be bothered to book you in when you turn up for your appointment so you end up waiting for a long time to just be told that you're not even booked in. Bad practice, avoid if you actually need medical attention, they're more interested in their cosmetic surgery department."
"Treated my mother in law with efficiency and great professionalism this last week. MIL (octogenarian) had noticed a change to a spot on her back. Popped to see the GP who diagnosed and called her back to the surgery the very next day for a procedure to remove it. Cannot fault the service we received. 5 stars are easy to give here."
