"After seeing such positive reviews I was very disappointed with my experience of Pilgrim Payne's attempt to clean my curtains in situ. I can't even criticise the workmanship since nothing actually got done. This was because the gentleman managed to pull down my curtain rail and reckoned to stick it back up with some glue. He whinged and whined for about twenty minutes claiming he had not had anything like this in 15 years and then left in a very bad mood having taken a few photos. I rang the office to let them know the position and they seemed quite amused with the whole episode. The following day the whole rail fell down bringing the curtains with it."

Taking care to explain the service and handling my curtains as if they were precious and expensive items!
