"I discovered this hidden gem with my family. Food was GREAT !! Staff were so SWEEEETT ! CHEF´s KISS ! This place is underrated ! ❤"
"Nice coffee & decor but the staff came across quite cold & rude, I hadn’t finished all of my coffee & a member of staff bluntly asked “what’s wrong with the coffee?” I can maybe understand if I didn’t completely finish it to ask in polite manner if there was anything wrong but that wasn’t the case. Definitely wouldn’t come back regardless of how nice the coffee is, plenty of other coffee shops with great coffee and more personable people :)"
"I went with 6 of my friends on the Halloween Monday, when going to order food I asked if I could make up my own plate but the waitress said no, I don’t see the problem why, do they have their fry’s pre-made and can’t make up a plate of 1 sausage and 1 bacon? When bringing the tea down they only gave us one sugar each why don’t you have small sugar ram-a-kins left out which you can help your self to instead of asking many times for sugar, I got myself a portion of chips but when I asked for sauce I thought I was in McDonald’s when they gave me red sauce, but when going to pay my friend went up to the till and asked if they could pay separately, and I will not shame this girl but the attitude she had towards my friend made it look like she didn’t wanna be there. Food is quite expensive why spend so much on making the place nice, worry about the food more!"
"Very disappointing experience. I visited today with my mum and newborn baby. Shortly after being seated we asked if the music could be turned down slightly as we couldn't hear ourselves talk and it was too loud for the baby. The waitress just abruptly replied 'No' and walked away. My mum ordered granola with compote and yoghurt. Although this tastesd nice it was oddly proportioned, with a large amount of granola and very small amount of yoghurt. She asked if she could have a little more yoghurt, rather than eating dry granola and the waitress said 'Yes, no problem.' She returned with a tiny scoop of yoghurt. When the bill came she had charged an extra £1.50 for this!! Really poor customer service."
"We call in yesterday for a coffee and a cake. We stud at the till or at least 10 mins for a table. I saw a table two tables which seat 3 people I said to the very rude girl behind the till can we sit there please she there are for 3 people there are only two of you. You have to wait for a table for two .We walk out and said don't bother....... appalling service...."
