"So I purchased air filter box on the 12th of Dec 2022. It was delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully our neighbour checked with us before anything. I was in contact on the 16th of Dec 2022 that it was the wrong part for my car (it is my first car, I wouldn't know the right part for it) I was only able to work with the plate number. I was promised it was going to be collected. After a couple of days no collection, so I was in contact. I was told it was going to be picked that same day all through no one, I was stuck at home up till after New year as I was told the same story everyday since the 22nd of dec 2022 at some point I was lied to that the driver came and had no access to the property, its a block of flat he could have pressed the door number for access. I kept calling most times it was rude conversation with a robotic automated reply. I took the courier company's contact details from one of their call handlers who told me, he wouldn't advise I chase up the courier company myself. I was in contact with the courier company, only to find out that they never contacted by this company to collect the parcel. (Now I can see they clearly want this purchase to pass 30days so it can be non-refundable) Anyway this morning again. I called, a call handler promised to call the courier company and provide me with feedback, had no call back. So again, I then called the courier company again just 10mims ago only to be told no one had contacted them from this company today to arrange a collection for this item. I need my refund and you collect your product or we go the legal way. I know you have registered or blocked my number as no one is answering my calls anymore."
