"Unfortunately i never get anything like i get today. Coffe shop looks really dirty. One staff member serving looks like not really know what doing, another (girl) brushing the hair straight under the counter, third doesn’t look really happy banging the dishes. Plenty tables with dishes, nobody bothered clean them, whenever we showed table where we would like sit one off staff members collect the dishes but didn’t wipe the table witch was looking really dirty. I would like say that at that moment it wasn’t busy at all i would say that one staff member could do all that job on his one. I can’t understand what all of them was doing in this place. Toilet was look really really bad, sink probably can’t remember where was cleaned last time, dust everywhere, really bad smell , rubbish everywhere. I understand that it’s hard to keep really tidy whenever coming so many people but i think that toilet should be cleaned every day properly. Unfortunately I didn’t have phone and didn’t make picture. Im adding one picture of hot chocolate witch I ordered today, I think that picture tells everything."
"One of my favourite places to chill and have a chai latte. Nice and clean and good service as well"
"Top stars because I just saw one of the most kindest ways of removing a homeless person. They even dismissed the kind of mess the homeless person made and very gently escorted them out. They even let the homeless person have some food. More of this kindness in the world please!"
"Arrived in Belfast city centre, took a train here. Stop for a cup of coffee and a muffin while waiting for Jasmine’s family. Like it very much here. Music are soothing as well."
"Feels very cosy with a relaxed atmosphere that you wouldn't normally have in a chain coffee shop. The staff were lovely too! The Christmas special spiced gingerbread latte is much nicer than the one that I tried at Costa!!! Yum yum"
