When I returned the next day to collect my new bike (was still having safety checks done on it on the first day) they were again really helpful and we talked through a lot of biking issues and opportunities and even helped me with my son's bike's gears without charge. "No bile repair availability during the day hardly hit and miss when no bile technicians are their other staff don't know what their doing so don't expect help with your bike. Not good experience today bit of a dispute with my collection. Rude member of staff and was commenting how going to bike was doing her head in to college as its not her department lovely atmosphere for customers not"
