"Local village pub, with a nice atmosphere and pleasant staff"
"Old and dated, very musty smelling, however staff were lovely and welcoming x"
"My grandparents, Lou and Vera Bradshaw, ran this pub in the 70's. before they retired in 1976. My brother, sister in law, nephew, my daughter and I popped in to visit on Sunday afternoon for a drink, and it still felt the same as it did when Mamma and Grandpa were there. It was lovely chatting to the landlady and I hope we get back soon to visit again."
"Nice village pub no food or guest ales tho warm out for area to back of pub and close to the river Trent ."
"Basic pub with decent selection of ales, lagers and ciders. No food options. Good place to meet up. Helped by plenty of outdoor seating."
