"My daughter and I went to Rimis for the first time today. Menu looked good and wasn’t too busy. Waitress looked up as we arrived and we picked the nearest table and sat down. Twenty minutes later 2 other couples had been attended to and placed their order, the waitress walked past us both times to serve them. We waited another 5 minutes and then decided to leave, we went over to the guy who was making up orders and gave him feedback on the poor customer service we had received. He mumbled something about had no-one came over to us but no apology for the abysmal customer service. If this is how they treat customers when the cafe was half empty I would hate to go in when its busy."
