"Brill customer service. He said he cant garentee to cut a copy from a copy only the original. Fair enough. I asked him to try anyway and didnt work. I then managed to get the original which I gave away as a spare and come back for one and he did one off of that and works perfectly, but he didnt charge me for the first one (which he should have because he warned me he couldn't garentee it!) Thanks so much because the one outside of tesco transit way didnt explain any of that and had me driving to and fro to fob me off with the wrong key template each time, AND charge me more than saltash trophies price! In short I got and expert to do it for £4, and I'll go get a refund from the idiots who charged me £6.75 to drive across the bridge and back 3 times for nothing"
