"I would just like to say how grateful I am for impeccable customer service. I rang Tippers Wolverhampton at lunch today after opening a damaged bath from a reputable supplier that was due to be fitted this afternoon. Derry spoke to me on the phone and even though I had poor signal he took the details of my damaged bath and contacted me back after a short time to let me they had one in stock at Willenhall. I was working in the City Centre so a few minutes later I went to the Wolverhampton branch and paid for the exact replacement shower bath. The staff in the branch made me feel extremely welcome and they said they would do everything they could to get the bath to my address in WV3 as soon as they could at the latest tomorrow am. To my surprise my bathroom fitter informed me that my order had been delivered a couple of hours later. Can’t tell you our relief that my bathroom fitting job could continue. Tippers Wolverhampton really did save my day! I want to say a huge thank you and a big thumbs for recommending this company - they are AMAZING!"
