"When I first moved into my own home 12 years ago I had my first sofa from scs , and it has lasted up until now. My husband and I decided it was time for a upgrade. So we went into store , coincidentally when there was a sale. Had a good browse around. Staff allowed us to take as long as we wanted , they weren't forceful. They left us to it. And we left with 2 sofas for a bargain price. I cannot fault SCS the sofas are long lasting and worth the price. I would highly recommend this store and the service we have received xx"
"The service from shop was great but our sofa is only 3 months old and has developed faults. A seat has settled and it creaks. A technician came out and advised we do not sit on the settled seat and use the good one (yes, he really said this!) as it is within their parameters according to his report, he could not do anything about the creaking as this was not reported. I had to report again and a 2nd technician came out on same day and founds springs at fault but it has been 5 days and still waiting to hear from this report. We took out the extended warranty which is not worth the paper it is written on. Sofas from SCS are an investment but spend your money wisely as SCS sofas are no longer quality or durable."
