"Absolutely disgusting. I would give a minus star if I could. I have been calling for the past year for a bed I bought for £1800 from this store. The bed already collapsed in the first month of having it as it was so poorly built. They came out and added these hideous screws on either side to hold it together which are visible and also means we can never move the bed from where it is without breaking the bed as the screw is though a mirror panel. They didn’t provide the centre bar for the bed frame which we have highlighted to them over a year and half via calls and they’ve told us this is fine and we don’t need it. The entire frame has now collapsed and the bed is falling apart. When we have called to speak to them they have blocked our numbers. When we get through by calling on withheld they’re so unprofessional his wife tells me she needs to feed her kid and hangs up or makes other excuses and hangs up without waiting for a response. The husband keeps promising dates of when he will fix it and he doesn’t. It has now been a year and half. Thankfully we have the receipt and I have recorded the phone calls and I have the text messages. I have now spoken to a solicitor at wilding solicitors who has confirmed after looking into everything we have provided that we have a really good case! Hurrah! I have now got major back issues which is recorded on my medical record due to the bed so I will be claiming for health issues as well as consumer rights! He could have just replaced the bed frame for £198 now it will cost him anything between £9000 to £35000. Bad business."
