Thank you, especially to the assistant who went to the post office in her own time."
"Called on the phone to discuss the service and possible repair of my bean to cup machine. The lady on the phone was so helpful and advised what would happen. It would seem the issue thats been bugging me for ages might be able to be fixed by staff in store! I've got to take it in for them to look at and hopefully I'll be able to enjoy a nice cappuccino before long! If not, off to the repair shop it goes!"

"Until today the experience in this shop was really good but today, after receiving a helpful advice from the gentleman working there, we went to pay for our shopping and the young, blonde sales assistant didn’t bother to answer the question we asked. She refused to staple a receipt to the box, said there are no lids in a whole shop for our pan and didn’t bother to say good bye. I honestly felt as if she wanted to get rid of us so she could chat and do nothing while being at work. Extremely unprofessional and not helpful person."
