"Not impressed at all. It's been a while since my last visit and it's gone downhill. There's more room dedicated to the self service than the usual checkouts and today there was only one checkout open with queues trailing back into the isles. The self checkouts had 3 members of staff?? When the woman in front of me went to complain about the wait, no staff jumped on a till, 2 of the 3 staff came to collect trolleys from the queue telling the customers 'we will scan them for you'. Isn't that the same as a checkout? Asda, sort it out!"
"So run down and scary. Stock everywhere, police about, car park felt like someone would break into my car. I didn’t feel safe here at all."
"Women on self serve too busy standing around every time you go in. Definitely more socialising than working. Especially the blonde lady who will shout down any customer with her incorrect information a d no apology when she realises she's wrong. If you women are so unhappy with your job... LEAVE!"
