"Store manager DAVE of Plymouth friary mill is very unprofessional very rude would give 0 stars possible went in for the pokemon ultimate premium chazziard box was first person there first person in the shop and at the till first yet refused to sell me the box after waiting hours for the shop to even open and phoning all weekend he picked and chose who he would sell the boxes to I’m certain he kept one for himself and also had gave some to his friends very mean and nasty when serving me even laughed in my face think Smyths would look into this and definitely find someone more professional to be a manager as I left the shop crying and feeling really upset"
"Depending on the time you go there itsbeither jammed packed or empty. Hardly any staff available to help. Even when you get someone how they stand while you look is like they got places to be giving you essence to buy what ever it is soon as your done they move as fast as they can to get away from you. Was not impressed. The shelves are fully stocked and prices about average. Will go again if I got no where to go to"
