"Quick and efficient. Got a little less money than I expected!"
"Disgusting.. Tried to say total weight was alot less than it actually was, the man took new items with labels on and put them behind the counter and stated that they'd be taken back to the relevant stores to get the money back for them!! Web advert stated that the clothes are distributed to various charities and that the money paid for kgs is higher than they actually give you. Spoke to the company afterwards as felt like had been treated appalling and misled in more ways than just the one, to be told.. Its your word against the shop assistants regarding him removing and keeping priced tagged items from the bags I'd taken in!! Also that they DO return any labeled new items to stores to receive the money back originally paid by the customers as they are a Business NOT a charity and they DO NOT forward the clothing to charities, they sell them on!! Was told that the website that advertisers the shop were third party and nothing to do with them and so NOT their responsibility or duty to ensure it states the truth about their shop or it being misleading in anyway. Took the clothes back and returned their money to them and won't ever go there again and think everyone should know the truth about how this store works and how bad they treat customers!! I know they say "charity begins at home" but these people take that to the next level and don't help anyone in need other than themselves!! If your wanting to help people in need out, then I'd suggest going somewhere else."
