"Just popped in to Iceland at bloxwich for a loaf of bread , Decided not to purchase it because of such a short date So I put it back. I then had an extremely embarrassing incident with the security guard demanding that I come back into the shop because he accused me of stealing the loaf of bread in front of everyone demanding to see what was in my bags. Spoke to me like I was a criminal in front of all the other customers which was humiliating and unprofessional. After showing him that I had no loaf in my bag I was allowed to go without an apology. Disgusting. I know we live in walsall but not everybody has to steal to eat. Will definitely NOT be using that shop again after going there for 4 years."
