"Longstanding local family owned business. They are always on hand helping, knowledgeable about their stock and Covid safe. Their pricing compared to other hardware shops is slightly higher, however understandable, as competing with bigger chains with a larger bugdet can't be easy. I have bought several items over the last 7 years and all have been good quality, not cheaply made and have aged well. They do stock a wide variety of items, from usual hardware items, paints, painting accessories, light switches and door mechanisms, as well as a small selection of childrens toys, crayons and balls. They also stock pet food, toys and gardening equipment. In December they stock a small variety of xmas decorations, wreaths and small plants. Although if you are looking for a wide variety of colour paints, they only have a small variety of basic colours. They are always observed to be working and busy when I've walked past and they're an all round lovely bunch. A small family business that I love to support when needed. I'd definitely recommend."
