"We went to the McArthur Glenn East Midlands store yesterday. The store was pleasant and much easier to move around than the old premises further down the mall. We were served by Beth who was very helpful, polite and attentive even though she was serving several customers at one time. She was the only member of staff serving although someone else was bringing shoes down for customers. It worked well although I did think Beth could have done with some help. We are very happy with our purchases of three pair of shoes. Well done Beth."
