"Helpful staff great value for money depending on what you go in for"
"Staff were extremely rude and did not want to help. Asked one staff member to check for my size and the reply I got was “ I aint got a scanner” and walked off. Rude and obnoxious. Eventually someone helped and told me they had the size I was after upstairs. Waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have them. Didn’t suggest to order them and I will not be returning. EVER."

"Went into Jd Mansfield today just having a browse. Asked a member of staff to try on a pair of shoes to which I did. As I was trying the shoes on I felt very uncomfortable, staff were laughing whilst looking at me and my friends. I then asked for the pair of shoes in a size up, to which I then further got laughed at. I have never felt more anxious and uncomfortable in a shop to which I just wanted a simple browse which resorted in being a joke to the staff, when I was just simply trying on a pair of shoes. Very rude and abrupt staff don’t recommend anyone shopping here awful place !"
