"I genuinely didnt want to leave this review from my haircut and colour 6 months ago on google but since calling back and trying to rebook and being cut off by the owner I have been left with no choice. When I initially didn't like the colour my hair was dyed I didn't even want to contact you about it as I knew it wouldn't go down well, instead I was going about trying to fix it at MY expense but other salons I was calling were advising me to just give you a try and call you back to explain nicely what I felt was wrong and if you would correct it at your expense as that's what they and other good salons would do. They will never leave your hair in a bad state I was advised so I decided to take their advice and give you a ring, at that time I was told it could be redyed at my own expense but I wasn't being refused to be seen point blank. I've decided to live with the colour and it has grown on me since experimenting with different makeup looks. It isn't very good customer service to hang up on a customer and this wont be the first time a customer has rung a salon with a problem, other salons have to deal with it more professionally then letting one upset staff feelings get in the way, isn't the reputation of your business more important? The person who was available to cut my hair was someone else anyway. Customers get far more irate than I did at least I paid for the service and left the salon politely. As for the staff memeber in question I didn't have an issue with the way she cut my hair it was just the colour and I wouldn't have minded who I saw in future what I dont get is I'd called back several times closer the time of the haircut and was told i could rebook and explained what my other options in terms of colouring were so why you decided to act like this now when memories have faded is beyond me. The customer is always right as they say. I mean what salon tells customers to book elsewhere? If I wanted to book elsewhere I'd be calling them not you but I was happy to give you another try as you were open when others wernt and had available slots. You should be up for the challenge not telling customers to book somewhere else. Due to my Baby sitting arrangingments I can't book days in advanced it's always last minute so that's why you were more convenient today. I just think your customer service skills aren't very good at all. Sorry."
"Had a very friendly welcome. They made you hot drinks and had a one to one before having my hair done. I brought a group on voucher to have a cut and blow dry with full set of highlights. I purchased another one to have my hair done soon this month due to i found the staff so helpful and friendly and they did an amazing job on my hair so i wanted to go back due to i feel comfortable and at ease as they knew what they were doing and what would suit my skin tone. I would so highly recommend these hairdressers as its well worth the money and they are so lovely people who work there. The boss is funny and cool to. I can not wait to get my hair done again this month by them."
