"Good store with good range of footwear, however disappointed by the lack of help from members of their team. We stood with converse trainers in our hands for a fair while, we asked a lad who said he was serving another customer but will get help for us, so we stood there and waited a few minutes, still nothing and he was back to serving his customer. A few extra minutes went by and no one came to help and numerous staff members were just chatting folding clothes and chatting amongst themselves so we've decided to order the shoes online instead. It was more frustrating that there were only us and the other customer in that area where the converse were, if it was really busy we would have understood."
"Great selection of Spoting goods. Only problem I come across is that if you want trainers the staff are great but if you want shin pads like I did for my daughter the staff were hopeless and I was told know nothing about them can't help you. Don't know if this is because of turn over of staff or that there is no training given."
