"They can t make a route canal...they .Will send you in another clinic b cus they are not ready to do this kind of worck but they are doctors in white coats! They are not professional .and they make mistakes ..and after a little time u will see the results in your mouth!!!!!!!I don't need more services in this clinic!!they have destroy my all healthy teef and after ,they have send me to repair in another part b cus was too much for they...."

"Most of my experience at this dentist is quite poor. There’s one dentist however that knows his stuff and takes the time to educate you on how and why your teeth need care and HOW to care for them best. Dr Z.A .. other occasions with other dentists i’ve gone in ok and left with tonsillitis or gone in ok and left with the temp filling falling out an hour after placing it and catching a flu/cold. The two stars are thanks to Dr Z.A"

"AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. Had a crown for 30 years and it seemed to be loose and hurting. Books in with this dental practise. From the time I walked through the doors and spoke to the receptionist who were so rude and disrespectful I felt very uncomfortable. I got called in to see the dentist who asked lots of questions very fast that I couldn't understand her at all, it felt so rushed. She said she would have to take the tooth out and she may or may not be able to put it back in which was horrifying as I work with the public which I said no so she said just wait for it to drop out then. I got out of that dentist like a flash. I have since been to another dentist that took the time to xray my tooth without having to even touch it. It turns out I had an infection and that's what was causing pain and although I will have to have the tooth taken out as the one underneath has fractured any work that has to be done I will not have to walk around with a missing tooth so thanks walsall family dental practise for terrifying the hell out of me"

"Can I just say, the service in this dental practice is excellent and underrated! I have been with other dental practices who STILL use covid as an excuse just to parr you off. I have been using Walsall family dental practice for a long time and have moved my family members over to here aswell and will continue to do so aswell. I recently spoke to Mary. Mary was patient, kind and professional. Please keep up the good work. You are an asset to this deteriorating community and people need to know this aswel!"

"Dentists are not very good at there job . I had 3 fillings. 2 of which have had to be surgically removed and I lost the teeth due to the botched fillings. The 3rd fell out on its own but was replaced thankfully . Do not go here . They are not good"
