"Called H's autos after my usual tester let me down he got me an appointment on the day I requested the garage is clean and staff are pleasent. I was offered somewhere to sit while my car was being tested but went a walk fishing while I waited instead, got back an hour later car was ready and waiting for me no problems no hold ups. Couldn't ask for anything more top garage will definitely be returning."
"Paid in full for a pre mot check as my mot must be done through the local council. Was told it’s been thoroughly checked by mr h himself and it’s a straight pass. Took it to the council for mot and failed on ball joints damaged. Pretty basic stuff for a qualified tester. Upon contacting mr h, story changed to “my member of staff checked it and must have missed it, I don’t have time to replace ball joint”. No apologies, no offer of partial of full refund. Total disgrace."
