"This is a sports centre that caters for a number of activities, from squash and badminton to a well equipped gymnasium and a full range of fitness classes. It also is the venue for musicals and pantomimes. The membership fees are very reasonable and the staff are very approachable and friendly. I recommend it."
"Pilates classes are good, yoga is very gentle. The facilities are OK, all generally needs updating especially the toilets which remind me of school. Plenty of parking. Cafe is nice and not over priced."
