"I purchased four new Michelins online together with a fitting date and time slot. They called to tell me they couldn't get the tyres for the day I wanted (needed) so had to reschedule. The waiting area was dirty, the customer toilets were filthy, the staff possessed basic customer service skills. I'd also paid for alignment with the main aim of centering the steering wheel (recently purchased used car) which they do as standard but the car then tracked to the left upon leaving the site. I returned immediately and was told the tracking was spot on according to the machine but they would do it again. They did, no change, their excuse was that road cambers would cause pull to either side and to "give it a few days to settle". I'm not an idiot, I'd already driven on a flat surface before returning. Tyre pressures were also either too low or too high. Overall not a great experience and certainly not as I expected from glowing reviews here (they must have the wrong place...). If you're one of the rare few who still value customer service and attention to detail as part of your purchase experience, I'd advise to look elsewhere."
