"One of the worst Taco Bells I've been to. Went on Christmas Eve, so it's was very quiet, they had not long opened, yet the store was absolutely filthy and dirty, and it wasn't until I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order to notice how unclean it was. Had I taken notice beforehand, I would've left and not ordered. Food on the floor. Tables dirty. Rubbish and litter everywhere. Slow service. Took over 20 minutes to get my food, I only ordered chicken strips and chips, which arguably very nice, but not worth the wait. Poor customer service. Not even a 'Thank you' or 'Sorry for the wait'. Staff was just more interested in talking and messing around between themselves. Only 1 out of the 4 order kiosks were working, and there was no one on tills either to help. For a new establishment, I expected better."

"How did I get to 29 Years of life, and leave it til now to have my very first Taco Bell?? It's just like any other fast food restaurant really. You can order on the touch screen machines they have there, or at the till. The food is delicious but I don't rate the cinnamon twists. I thought they were going to be soft like something made out of dough. But they were crispy. But I guess that's just personal preference. The atmosphere was like that of any other KFC, McDonald's or Subway. But it's just a bonus that I really like that kind of atmosphere."

"Can’t lie the crunch wrap supreme was amazing but my partner didn’t get his chips and then when we went back for the second time in the same day they forgot 2/5 chip portions and forgot all of our drink cups! The staff was not very helpful and quite rude(apart from the cashier she was lovely). when I asked for cups for my drinks that I had paid for they had only gave me one cup and argued with me over the fact I was still needing 4 more cups not impressed."

"*NOW OPEN* My Son and I visited on opening day, Thursday 18th August 2022. Situated next to the former Debenhams on the Strand opposite the harbour. Very busy as expected, its only a small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Ordering and Payment is via touchscreen and contactless card but you can manually order at the counter with cash. There are customer toilets inside. the fizzy drinks dispenser is located in the restaurant area for convenience. The food is reasonable, the tacos are small but reflect the price tag and they also sell burittos and churros etc. I do recommend the fries, they are coated in a spicy dust and are delicious! The only issue was that I was not given my fries with my order and I had to go back to the counter but well done Taco Bell, a nice alternative to McD and Subway in town."
