"The eat all you can buffet was great value for money. There was lots of choice, the food was hot and it tasted delicious. The service was fabulous. The manager made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be returning again!"
"Fancied a change from buffet city in Exeter as its not as good as it used to be so going to Google we found this place. After an awful few weeks this place was an absolute gem. Amazing atmosphere and great food. Just as I was about to really start to chill my wonderful 12 year old knocked over a glass and it smashed EVERYWHERE, the host was lush cleaned it up and was extremely accommodating, it actually happened as we where just getting ready to leave but the guy wasn't phased at all so no harm done. Now to the food, my kids and friend all loved it, the only thing I could say personally is I like a little less salty but as stated this is a personal preference. Good choice of food and it was kept topped up. I'd definitely drive again from Exmouth for dinner. To the host THANK YOU"
"We went to the Honeymoon for a buffet on a Saturday evening 8:30pm. There were 2 tables of people when we arrived so the restaurant was almost empty, the buffet wasn’t full of food, and some of the rice and noodles had dried out, 2 pieces of prawn toast that had obviously been out a while (tried one and it was dried out) Some of the other dishes were looking pretty baron. Chicken satay was very dry, and the satay sauce was very near empty the whole time I was there and had a skin on it (like the skin gravy gets on it when it’s been left a while) Onto my second plate of food and I was going to ask when the fresh food was going to be added to the buffet but just in time they gradually started bringing fresh rice, noodles, prawn toast, duck and more dishes (a few more tables had arrived by this point as well) Mussels in black bean was a nice choice to have The meatballs in black bean was quite random, I don’t know if this is traditional? The deserts were a mix of lidl mini rolls, lidl chocolate buttons, ice cream, pick n mix and frozen small cakes etc £15.99 per adult on a Saturday evening. Quality of food is not out of this world but not terrible either (I think £12.99 would be more reasonable and a fair price for them to charge) Worth a try if you enjoy a buffet. I love a buffet so even though I wasn’t totally impressed I will be returning at some point."
"So friendly and welcoming. Turned up yesterday having not booked but the staff were very accommodating. I enjoyed the food and recommended this restaurant 5*"
