"Excellent service and food. We visited here as a large group for a birthday meal. The staff were very welcoming and looked after the group well. The menu had a wide range of options from traditional curries through to more exotic styles. I chose garlic chilli chicken which was excellent in terms of flavour and presentation. Only one slight improvement would be a porch at the front to reduce draughts. Would definitely recommend Indian Rose."

"Myself and 3 friends had the absolute pleasure of dining at The Indian Rose Restaurant (Mutley Plain) last night. I honestly couldn’t recommend enough, beautiful restaurant, lovely friendly staff. We all had something different and ALL the food was nothing less than amazing. The presentation was absolutely amazing. Over the years, I have eaten at quite a few restaurants and this wins hands down with no doubt what so ever. Simply stunning."

"I lived in Plymouth for 3 years as a student so am very familiar with the restaurant scene here. My partner and I ate at the Indian Rose recently and I must say we were so impressed! The food was easily the best Indian meal I've had in Plymouth, it was delicious! (to be honest its probably the best Indian meal I've had fullstop) The food alone would have given us good cause to come back again. Aside from the food the staff were fantastic, lovely, warm, welcoming and with a good sense of humour- they all looked like they enjoyed their work and were dedicated to making sure all customers had a good experience. During the night the Chef also greeted customers to check that everything was to their liking, I found this to be a really nice genuine gesture of care for what he does- his business and his customers are clearly very important to him. Thank you to all the Staff at the Indian Rose for a lovely evening, my girlfriend and I will be back!"

"Amazing restaurant in a central location and great parking accessibility, came here on a Friday evening which was really busy but the place was extremely well staffed to keep up with the demand and the servers was really attentive to our table. The food was authentic, well seasoned and beautifully presented at a great price. This is probably of the best restaurant in Plymouth! This place is going to be a regular stop for me and my family, they even do takeaways/delivery service. Will definitely recommend to check this place out."
