"We ordered a breakfast and salad cob to be delivered on Uber eats. On arrival the food was cold which is worrying considering they are only 10 minutes away! We opened the food to find that the cob was missing, after calling to enquire where it was we found that the lady had left it on the side. The conversation went like this.... Oh hi, I thought you would call as I saw your cob still on the side and I bet you haven't got anything for lunch now? Well there's nothing we can do so you'll have to call Uber and get a refund. To say I was angry doesn't even come close!! By time we have had the food delivered, found it missing and called the shop our dinner break is almost over so we couldn't do anything. The complete lack of empathy and sheer nonchalant attitude was very frustrating. If I could give zero stars I would, If the management ever read this I would fire that employee immediately. I'll definitely be mentioning this to people in the office that order food to be delivered as this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced."
