"Called 14.06.2021 to order a Chinese to collect. Before I ordered I was informed to wear a mask upon collection. Due to health reasons, I have an exception card. Which I informed the man on the phone. I was informed that this would not be good enough and I must wear a mask regardless of an exception card or not. Totally unexceptional. My regular Chinese restaurant, letting me down and unapologetic in the process. West pool... Its a no from me!!"
