"To the woman handling phone calls thank you for your patience and excellent customer service tonight. To the driver making sure I got my food fast so it was still hot, trying to find my address with my terrible coordination skills, thank you both very much. We live on a new build estate and as a result the maps are yet to have our address updated on them. This created some problems when ordering the food via Uber eats but thanks to the supportive and top notch staff here, I was able to get my food in less than 30 minutes and it was hands down the best pizza in Walsall I have ever had. I 100% recommend this place if you fancy a high quality takeaway for a very affordable price."
"I wish I could give a zero for the service recieved today. Firstly, I chose as they suggested that the management is same for old Dodo's and we always enjoyed. Upon receipt we ordered two medium pizza and shocked to see a small size. Upon contacting, I was told that we don't do small and only do medium 10", large 12" and x-large 15", where the whole world does the same size as small, medium and large. On top of this, I have clicked the picture as it appeared to small and figured out that this is only 9" with a stretch, not even 10". Above all, I specifically mentioned that I am allergic to egg and therefore ordering a vegan pizza, and I was given a Garlic and herb sauce containing egg yolk powder. I'm definitely not interested to order again for a poor quality pizza, and most of all not being clear on the website. Please see enclosed pictures on this review. Very very disappointing"
